Dr. Christian Grønhøj, MD, DMSc is a professor of dermatology.

An author of numerous scientific articles, including in SCIENCE, Journal of Experimental Medicine, Journal of Immunology and PNAS, and more. 

His main interest has through out his years as a scientist, a university professor  and latest as a private dermatologist, been the understanding of the immunology of the skin. During the recent years he has added  a growing interest in analyzing the significance of our diet in relation to health and the aging of the human skin.

In 2022 Christian published a book, “GLØD“, with his co-author, former Michelin chef and now entrepreneur and associate professor of economy, Dr. Morten Fenger PhD, and regarding the significance of our diet in relation to the health of the human skin.
